Booking & house policies
A few clear terms so there are no surprises. If anything here needs flexing for your trip, just ask — we are reasonable people.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 12:00 noon, check-out by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — tell us ahead and we will do our best.
Payment
A partial advance confirms your booking; the balance is due at or before check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfer and major cards. Rates shown include all taxes.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the advance is adjusted against a future stay where possible. Peak dates may carry stricter terms, noted at booking.
Children & extra beds
Children under 5 stay free with parents. An extra person is ₹600 per night including breakfast. Extra mattresses are available on request.
Pets
We love animals but cannot accommodate pets at present, so that all guests stay comfortable. Assistance animals are always welcome.
Smoking & quiet hours
No smoking inside the rooms; please use the balconies or garden. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am so everyone rests well.
ID & registration
A valid government photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in, as per local regulations.
Damages & liability
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Please keep valuables secure; the property is not liable for personal belongings.
